Build and execute iPhone and iPad sales expansion in Indonesia.

Key Qualifications
  1. 10+ years of tier one carrier or smartphone vendor experience in developing markets and/or Asia Pacific, ideally in a Mid-Senior Management capacity currently
  2. Demonstrated superior open channel / distribution experience - candidates must have managed (and ideally set up) successful distribution businesses in complex, fragmented channel environments achieving globally superior outcomes, possess superior open channel process and IP understanding
  3. Managed revenue outcomes and sales or marketing teams of at least 10 personnel with whole of country or regional scope

Description
The Manager is responsible for managing and developing the iPhone sales activity within the Indonesian market. This position is responsible for achieving a significant portion of Apple’s iPhone sales revenue target. The key responsibilities are: 
  • Leads Indonesian iPhone team to create and execute sales plan for iPhone and iPad
  • Creates and maintain open channel distribution structure that provides a consistently positive customer experience, sustainable profitability for partners
  • Maintains an excellent relationship with carriers and develops a focused and productive alliance with Apple.
  • Develops the tactical plans and activities with the distribution and carrier partners that will result in the successful achievement of the iPhone sell through targets. • Must achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and be an expert in understanding and driving sales through the all partner and third party channels. 
  • Must be aware of competitor's activities, account history, emerging trends and understand how to create and capitalize on opportunities. 
  • Will develop and maintain an effective planning and strategic partnership with the carrier’s team.
  • Increase penetration of the iPhone to new and existing points of sale and expand Apple's mindshare within channel partner sales teams.
  • Ensures compliance with the Apple/Carrier/Distributor iPhone agreement.
  • Works with the carrier to ensure competitive positioning of iPhone in all consumer offers. 
  • Coordinates below the line marketing activities with the carrier ensuring compliance and appropriate use of Apple creative assets provided by Apple Marketing teams.
  • Collaborates with Apple support functions to resolve day-to-day trading issues in the account.

CES Development Manager Indonesia

The Apple Consumer Electronic Stores (CES) Development Manager actively promotes the sales of Apple solutions in the Apple section of CES store locations. Through their strong sales, service and product knowledge, actively represents the culture of excellence , collaboration and partnering all major Mass Merchant/CES in Indonesia. The individual excels in working with virtual teams in all their store locations to develop them as Apple champions and deliver all the key metrics for success at their store.

Key Qualifications
  1. Channel Management and Retail sales experience preferred (8 years and above).
  2. Proven track record in the delivery of aggressive growth targets.
  3. Sales management experience / Retail partnership management.
  4. A successful background in hiring, leading and managing teams (advantageous if obtained within a dynamic environment and/or across multiple store locations).

Description

The Key Responsibilities are: 
  • To establish and manage close working relationship with the senior representatives of the Mass Merchant/ CES partners to develop the partners’ sales effectiveness and maximise the sales of Apple products to end- users.
  • Act as a professional business personnel to develop and manage a reliable forecast and ensure the disciplined use of Apple sales forecasting tools and processes. 
  • Hold regular performance and planning reviews with channel partners. Keep it simple, and focused on win-win. 
  • Planning: Agree quarterly marketing and in-store activities, responsibilities and weekly sell through targets.
  • Ensure all POS forecast from Partners are reliable and understand the weekly variance where applicable. 
  • Ensure that all existing POS are visited on a regular basis and all the stores are in accordance with Apple merchandising guidelines. 
  • On a regular basis, monitor partner’s credit position to ensure all backlog are fulfill on a timely manner. Proactively analyse the credit requirements to cater for the growth of the business. 
  • Provide input to the Channel Marketing quarterly activities and in-store programs.
  • Analyse the strength and weaknesses of our current POS and be able to develop a strategy to address is- sues of coverage or quality (or both). 
  • Develop a strong working relationship, team-work and sense of mutual respect with in-store manager and members of the virtual team. Implement planogram programs with in-store managers, as prescribed by Apple. 
  • Arrange sales meetings with store managers to discuss inventory levels and restocking requirements as per planned call cycle activity. 
  • Working with the Apple training team, to ensure that the virtual team sales staffs are of the highest standard and quality.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to be our Education Development Manager, based in Indonesia. This role promotes and supports the use of Apple technology in K12 Education with a particular focus on the successful adoption of Apple Learning Solutions. Responsible for specific program / project development activities, the successful candidate will develop and deliver workshops and provide a consultative service around curriculum, professional development and classroom practice.

Key Qualifications
