Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of agriculture, forestry, accounting or engineering major
• Min GPA 2,75
• Fresh Graduate or maximum two years of working experience
• Max 28 years old
• Single
• Having leadership capability, teamwork, honest, discipline, responsible for result and success motivation
• Willing to be posted in all operation units of Sampoerna Agro across Indonesia, attending education and training program, and undergoing bonding period (ikatan dinas) as per training agreement
