- Has strong passion in automotive industry (all)
- Can drive car and has driving license (2,6)
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta (1,2,4,5,6,8,9,10); Jakarta or Purwakarta (3,7)
- Fast learner, can work under pressure, hard working, and available to work overtime (all)
